Our GET team in Czechia is looking for mentors and artists to support student campaigns on global challenges. Read the call and apply!

Climate change, deepening inequalities, migration, or gender equality issues. These are topics that the younger generation deeply cares about. Therefore, in the new 2026 edition of the student campaigns, groups of pupils and students aged 13 to 20 will prepare public events that bring these global challenges into a local context. The goal is to raise public awareness of important topics and jointly seek solutions for the places where these young people live.

To help pupils and students bring their ideas into the public space and achieve the greatest possible impact, the GET team in the Czech Republic is looking for experienced mentors and creative artists.
The overarching organizer of the project is the educational organization ARPOK, o.p.s.

Become a Mentor for Student Teams

Do you want to support young people in implementing their own awareness-raising events and campaigns? We are looking for experienced professionals who will provide valuable guidance to student groups. We welcome individuals with experience working with children and youth, as well as those who have a background in organizing campaigns, awareness events, or student projects.

We are also looking for PR experts to increase the reach of the campaigns, or coaches to improve group collaboration. Mentors who can bring a global perspective—ideally with experience from the Global South and Indigenous communities—will be a great asset. The call is open to applicants over 18 years of age who actively communicate in Czech or English.

How will the collaboration work? Your task will be to provide feedback on campaign proposals to at least two student groups and be available for consultations (via e-mail or online calls) between October and December 2026. For your support, we offer a fee of 10,000 CZK, which includes participation in the introductory online meeting.

Create an Art Project with Us

The second call is aimed at artists and artistic duos living in the Czech Republic or other European countries. Your task will be to create a creative project that will artistically reflect the upcoming student campaigns. The final artwork will be created in close collaboration with young people and will help convey their message to the wider public.

We are looking for creators who are eager to work with pupils and students and can propose an original format to process their themes. We value individuals who work with global topics. The format proposal is completely open—it can be, for example, street art, an exhibition, video art, a graphic project, or a musical piece.

When and under what conditions?
The actual implementation of the project with the pupils and students, or the presentation of the output, will take place in February or March 2027 in the Czech Republic (ideally at the student conference in Olomouc). We offer a total fee of 2,000 EUR for the project. Naturally, this includes covering the necessary materials for creation, as well as reimbursement for travel expenses and accommodation in the Czech Republic. We also offer full organizational and language support.
