The Youth Action Seminar, held on October 8th, 2025, at the Radisson Hotel in Athlone, brought together young leaders, educators, and youth workers to celebrate youth action and global citizenship.

Organised by GET Ireland and GET International, the event highlighted inspiring work in climate justice, migration, and social innovation. Leti Gorini Coady from Youth Work Ireland’s SAUTI-Youth Project encouraged young people to lead climate action, while Natasha Muldoon from ARD Youth Project discussed inclusion and support for young migrants.

Students from Tullamore College, guided by their teacher, Emma Bradley, showcased their award-winning projects from ECO UNESCO and Young Social Innovators. Ashley Chadamoyo of Young Voices of Africa launched an engaging Activity Book based on the African Youth Goals, and Sadhbh Breathnach of WorldWise Global Schools presented the Global Passport Framework.

The day closed with a lively discussion on future collaboration. The atmosphere was filled with hope, energy, and commitment to global justice — proving that young people are powerful drivers of positive change.
